ABOUT TRACY
Tracy Akresh Stone is an executive coach and founder at unpackingthebox leadership coaching. She partners with professionals who are ready to make a career transition, lead substantial change, develop leadership best practices, and create more effective teams. Tracy combines business acumen with coaching and development tools to maximize impact. She studied business Wharton and Michigan Business School and spent the early part of her career working on Wall Street and with Silicon Valley management teams. She gained first-hand insights about what makes a great leader and observed that almost every leader, at every level of seniority and success benefits from coaching! ​

HER COACHING
The essence of her coaching has a foundation in the principles of positive psychology and a core belief that every client can improve by understanding and developing their own unique set of strengths. She utilizes comprehensive goal setting, the Shift+® narrative 360 process, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), Berens' Interaction Styles, Values in Action (VIA) signature strengths, the Skill Kit for Leaders (SKL) and other emotional intelligence assessments to propel a profound self-discovery. The discovery is supported by an action plan that leads the way through the path to success.
HER EXPERIENCE
Tracy has held consulting and managerial positions at large companies such as Ernst & Young, JPMorgan and Hewlett Packard, and at start-ups including Esurance and POPSUGAR. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Tracy is certified in numerous assessments, is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the College of Executive Coaching and is a University of Michigan Preferred Coach. She works virtually and in person with transitioning leaders at Fortune 500, start-ups, and non-profits from a home base in San Francisco.
